Design is not just what it looks like and feels like Design is how it works.

Established in 2015, as a partnership firm under the name of Radical Engineering, with a vision to provide engineering solutions focusing on the most suitable and techno-economical process for management of waste water and solid waste. Starting off with providing process solutions to treat and manage waste water, the firm then grew to develop their own engineering teams so as to provide the client a combined solution in terms of civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and structure; a complete solution for engineering design.

Within 3 years, the engineering team grew from three fold and then the firm advanced from providing engineering solutions to manufacturing the solutions. Thus the firm along with the designing of solutions, also started offering its clients, a wholesome solution of designing the engineering and also manufacturing the engineering design; a fully tailored solution for the client.

Within 5 years, in 2020, the promotors decided to evolve and thus converted the partnership firm to a private limited company with an addition of a new promotor, who strengthened the team.

The company, having successfully completed more than 300 projects, has a team of around 80 employees, with office staff of around 45 people; that is, the design team, the finance team, the procurement team and administration. The site staff is of around 20 engineers and supervisors handling our various sites all over Gujarat and in outstates as well. The operation team comprising of around 15 people, which handle the O and M projects.

Their registered office is at Vadodara, Gujarat and project offices at various cities of Gujarat. They also have their project offices in MP and Kolkata.
